The last few weeks have been a whirlwind for me.
I went to an open house and bought the house the next day!
It's a lovely cottage, but needs tons of updating, to say the least.
I then came home and declutttered and staged my house, and sold it the following week at the first open house!
Exhausting, I've never worked so hard in my life, but it was worth it.

Can you imagine how much work it was tidying up my studio? It's never looked like this:)
Just when I have my home all fixed up, I bought this house:
I've got a big project ahead of me, but I'm excited.
I plan to do it up beach cottage style.
Happy BC Day to all my British Columbia friends,
Wow! Best to you! You are a great home decorator...!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathy, we'll see if I'm able to turn an old house into my relaxing beach cottage:)
DeleteEnjoy the rest of summer!
Okay girl...hope you have all the time and energy for all the projects you've probably been Pinning. I'm so excited for you and your new adventure. And please do share on the blog, even if it's just a quick update so we can see your progress!
ReplyDeleteHow do you know I've been pinning lots of projects:) Much easier to pin than actually do, but I'm looking forward to the challenge.
DeleteThere are some wonderful inspiration blogs out there.
How exciting Vicki...and terribly stressful ;-S
ReplyDeleteI join Monika in saying, please come back and do share ;-))

Great memories of pleasant visit in this beautiful home. Wish I were close again to witness the transformation of your new place.
