Happy Thanksgiving from Budapest

To all my Canadian friends and family, I wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving.
It is a beautiful fall day here, and I love Trevor's apartment. It is modern and bright.

It is in the centre of the city overlooking one of the most famous sites in Budapest, The Great Synagogue.

The actor Tony Curtis helped restore it to celebrate his Hungarian roots. He made this sculpture, the Tree of Life.

Today I'm going to walk around the area.
Silly me, I didn't bring my camera, just my iPhone!
I try to travel light, but this was just plain silly, I only forget important items:)
So far no jet lag!

    Thanks to Steve Jobs, forgetting your camera does not prevent you from showing us pics. They're fun to see - "Hi" to Trevor. We're celebrating Thanksgiving with sunny,mid-twenty temperatures. - Elizabeth
